Before Your Visit.
Everything you need to know before your appointment at Tandem Lash Society. A few little things to keep appointments running smoothly and make your visit as seamless as possible.
ARRIVALS:
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. We’re an intimate studio with limited waiting space, and the time between appointments gives us a chance to reset and get everything ready for you.
PARKING:
Parking is available along Central Avenue and behind the salon on 1st Avenue North. Downtown St. Pete can get busy, so give yourself a few extra minutes to park and make it to your appointment on time.
KEEP IT SOLO
We love your people, but our space is cozy. Please come solo to your appointment, as we’re unable to accommodate guests or children.
RUNNING LATE?
Please give yourself enough time to arrive for your scheduled appointment. If you’re running behind, send us a text to let us know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
Plans change—we get it. We just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows/no-calls are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Need to make a change? Please text or call the salon. Appointment changes cannot be made by email.
CHANGING YOUR SERVICE?
We reserve your appointment time specifically for the service you booked. If you decide to shorten, downgrade, or change your service at the last minute, you may still be responsible for the original service charge.
